Janice is now living in Rochester, New Hampshire, which is about half an hour's drive away from Stratham. Janice and her two children share an apartment with her friend Erika. Erika and Janice both  had babies around August 2004, Janice having Geneva, and Erika having Jake. Geneva's big brother John turned 5 on November 23rd, and goes to school in Rochester. Erika stays home and babysits the children, while Janice works long hard hours at a Portsmouth restaurant. Janice's boyfriend, Martin, is the father of Geneva, and is currently also living in the apartment.

Janice has a pet snake, a female, who has just been lent to a neighbor who owns a similar snake, but male, so that they can breed.
